Storage Policies

GENERAL

• 10 day vacate notice is required
• Locks and keys must be returned upon vacate or will be billed. Do not leave your storage unit locked when you move out
• Access hours are from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday – Saturday, 365 days a year. You must be out of the gate by 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside any unit
• Alcohol use is strictly prohibited
• Storage units come as is, under no circumstances is retrofitting allowed

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Firearms
• Explosives
• Flammables (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, etc.)
• Hazardous items of any kind
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Any item that produces odors of any kind and/or affects the facility or other tenants
• Any item deemed inappropriate by the facility manager or staff

PROHIBITED USES

• Working in the unit, including but not limited to:
  • Vehicles
  • Hobbies
  • Crafts
• Garage sales, flea markets or any other types of public sales
• Any illegal use
• Any use deemed inappropriate by the facility manager or staff
